Tomi,

I'd like to ask you to do a speak at the District Conference in April. Each year one of the inbound students is selected to represent all the inbounds and thank the Rotarians for their support of the youth exchange program. Please work with the other students and get their input on some of the things that the students would like to thank their clubs for. The speech should be 5-10 minutes long.

I'll be there Sunday to explain it a little better to everyone. Basically you're going to be the spokesperson for everyone, so if they have a special story about how this year has taught them "peace through understanding" or if there is someone special in the district they want to thank, they can tell you about so you can work it in your speech if you like it.
